EPSS (Exploit Prediction Scoring System) estimates a 3.2% chance this CVE is exploited in the wild within the next 30 days — higher than 88% of all CVEs. It complements CVSS: a high EPSS on a mid-severity CVE can still be urgent.
Linux kernel fb_mmap function in drivers/video/fbmem.c contains an integer overflow vulnerability that allows for privilege escalation.
Integer overflow in the fb_mmap function in drivers/video/fbmem.c in the Linux kernel before 3.8.9, as used in a certain Motorola build of Android 4.1.2 and other products, allows local users to create a read-write memory mapping for the entirety of kernel memory, and consequently gain privileges, via crafted /dev/graphics/fb0 mmap2 system calls, as demonstrated by the Motochopper pwn program.

The affected product only carries this flaw when running on these platforms. The platforms themselves are not vulnerable.
No remediation guidance has been written for this CVE yet. What the record does show:
SSVC signals action urgency (what to patch first), separate from CVSS which measures severity.
